In the summer months the property offers a fire pit with chairs, covered patio with dining and grilling area as well as a large porch overlooking the lake, perfect for taking in a sunrise. A private dock is available for you to pull your own boat up to. Public launch is located less than a mile away. Winter months offer a quiet tranquil retreat.

Miles of sandy beaches, bike trails, Ocqueoc Falls and Rogers City all within 15 min.

Rogers City is beautiful at all times of the year whether it be summer, fall or winter! We have plenty of room for parking, trailers for fishing boats, and snowmobile trailers are welcomed. This 2nd retreat has a charming enclosed front porch for sitting, a quiet serene space to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine, to read a book or just to sit and relax. We are in walking distance to a great Ice cream shop , the local winery, a quaint coffee shop, Mango's for margarita's and end the evening with the local movie theater. Enjoy the small town dynamic.

This modern rustic Up North cabin that offers 120 feet on the Thunder bay river! Cabin is located on a private Rd. which gives you the true Up North feel but is only a 15 minute drive to Alpena! Enjoy fishing, kayaking, tubing, swimming as well as hikes on the nearby state land! Property has it's own boat launch, fire pit and also 6 kayaks (4 adult and 2 kids) for you to use! Cabin also includes WiFi, smart TV, outdoor grill.

The Little Bear Cabin on the Hill is nestled in the woods off of M-32. It is surrounded by Lakes, State Land, and Golf Courses. Great location for golfing, hunting, swimming, boating, fishing, ORV Trails, and a getaway from it all...Bring your ATVs, fishing poles, floaties, boats, kayaks, jetski, and the family. Oh and don't forget your pets they can come too! Great for the Summer & Fall seasons!!

Escape to our cozy cabin on the Thunder Bay River, just 15 minutes away from downtown Alpena. It offers 50 feet of water frontage, perfect for a variety of outdoor activities. Whether you're looking to kayak, fish, swim, or simply relax by the water, our cabin has it. In the summer months we do have an additional room in the cabin with a queen size bed and 4 Kayaks for your use.

My place is less than a block from Restaurants, an outdoor Splash Park, and beaches along Lake Huron. Within walking distance is a park with basketball and tennis courts, a bandshell for outdoor concerts in summer and more beach access. If you're looking for a night in, the backyard is private with a firepit and hot tub, or enjoy the game/activity room downstairs.
