With photo-ready furnishings, white cotton and linen bedding, and subtle antique decor, our cottage exudes a warm vibe that will make you feel right at home. Please, no wild parties or drug use. Our neighbors don't deserve to hear or smell any nonsense. Thank you!

Located at Carroll Street Courtyard in the Clark's Grove neighborhood, our one-bedroom apartment is on the second floor and just 0.7 miles from the historic Covington square. The apartment has a private door directly off the courtyard and offers a quiet and unique setting. You’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen, a living area with a television, dining table, and separate desk. The bedroom features a queen size bed and television. There’s also a laundry room and a bathroom with a large shower.

Maximum of 9 overnight guests and 5 cars allowed on the property. Maximum of 12 people total, day or night, allowed.
