Traditional Romanian villa near the beach

We would like to offer our guests the opportunity to stay in a traditional Romanian villa in the beach town of Constanta. The house was initially built in 1923 and we have renovated it freshly to be able to accommodate guests. It has 3 bedrooms on two floors and a common area which can be used as a dining room, office or as a fourth bedroom. The kitchen has been freshly refurbished. Two fridges and a BBQ are provided on-site. We speak English, German and Romanian and look forward to hosting you!

Casa Lavdor este situata la aproximativ 300m de plaja Reyna, in zona Delfinariu, Constanta. Aceasta locatie consta in 2 corpuri. Primul corp pune la dispozitie 2 camere semidecomandate, cu pat matrimonial, un living cu canapea extensibila, 2 bai cu dus si o bucatarie complet utilata. Cel de-al doilea corp este format dintr-o baie generoasa si o alta camera cu pat matrimonial. In curtea casei se gaseste si o terasa utilata cu gratar, mese si scaune. In apropiere se afla City Park Mall, McDonalds.

Our villa is a small jewelry in Mamaia Nord, 5 minutes walk to the beach and located in a quiet neighborhood of villas. The house is family friendly and can accommodate 4 persons. You can also enjoy our spacious yard, very suitable for kids to play. In the yard we have also a barbecue area where you can prepare your meals and enjoy them with your family. There is also a place outside where you can have meals or just enjoy a glass of wine. Also, you can enjoy the amazing sunsets from the yard.

This studio is an economical accommodation option for a group of 3 people or a family with a child. This accommodation is centrally located in Mamaia Nord, 330 meters from the beach and is part of a complex of villas. The entrance to the accommodation space is private and does not communicate with other accommodation spaces in the villa. There are no sharing spaces with other guests. Very easy to reach the location, access is made directly from the main boulevard and includes parking.

Our welcoming house, situated only a 2 minute walk away from the beach, has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Our property has a terrace and a yard full of lush vegetation, hidden away from the bustle of the city. However, all the fun that the seaside nightlife has to offer is only a short walk away. There are two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom and there is Wi-Fi throughout.
