Dieses traditionelle Haus aus dem Jahr 1873 befindet sich seit jeher in Familienbesitz und wurde als unser 2. Projekt liebevoll kernsaniert, umgebaut und renoviert. Es handelt sich um ein 1-Raum-Haus mit über 70 Quadratmetern, quasi ein Loft, mit 3 Betten, Wohn- sowie Essbereich. Bad und Küche wurden neu angebaut, viele alte Strukturen blieben erhalten. Fernab vom Massentourismus, lädt das Dorf zum Erholen & Entspannen ein. Die zentrale Lage ist der ideale Startpunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden.

Chrispa Villa is a beautifully renovated traditional home in the heart of Afandou, Rhodes. Blending island charm with modern comfort, it accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 double beds and a sofa bed in an open-plan layout. Enjoy a private courtyard with a six-person hot tub, loungers, BBQ, and outdoor dining area. The villa is located just a short distance from crystal-clear beaches and within walking distance of local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, bars, and many other amenities.

Recently renovated neoclassical house , built with Italian influence. Consisting of first and ground floor with private backyard and a dipping-pool with jacuzzi functions. The ground floor can host up to 2 persons on the sofa-bed , having at its floor a private bathroom, the kitchen and the backyard. The first floor can host up to 2 more persons with a queen-size bed , a chilling area and a private bathroom. Our home is located in one of the most traditional areas in the center of Rhodes.

The first level consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub while the ground floor features an open plan living area with kitchen and an additional bathroom with shower. The villa is fully air conditioned and it offers wi-fi internet in all areas. Soak the sun on the sun loungers around the pool or enjoy your meal at the al fresco dining area.

It consists of 2 separate apartments, Giardino on the ground floor and Terrazzo on the first, sharing a beautiful garden and outdoor patio. The residence is located within a 5 minute walk from the Vlycha beach and a 2 minute drive from the magnificent village of Lindos. It's an ideal place for families, couples or groups of friends.

Situated within the Remember Complex, the open plan studio is cute and cosy for two people. It has a kitchenette, bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the lovely swimming pool and beautiful surroundings. A perfect place to run down to the swimming pool then skip over the beach road straight into the shimmering sea. -

Sophias house

Our house has been charmingly refurbished and has a bright mezzanine. With its approx. 65 m2 it is well suited for one to two couples (1 bed is slightly smaller) or a family with 2 children, there is a baby cot. Malona is a quiet village surrounded by citrus and olive groves 3km from the nearest beach. Birdwatchers appreciate this place for its rare bird populations. Since 2025 the government requires an environmental tax, which is paid directly to us.

Costas sweet house

Τhe apartment is located in Archangelos, it is 50 sq.m. in an ideal location with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes. Within a 5-minute drive is the renowned Stegna beach, 5 kilometers away is Tsambika beach and in 30 minutes, you reach the city of Rhodes. The apartment is brand new, with the first year of operation being 2024. We made sure to provide everything needed to make your stay comfortable and pleasant.
