The adjacent cottage sleeps 4 and offers extra privacy. Kalm is perfect for families, friends and pets seeking comfort, nature, and river adventures.

47 Aan De Breede is situated in the more quiet area of the popular holiday village of Malgas. The elevated house promises an endless and jaw-dropping view of the river. The abundance of bird- and wildlife in the area will be a delight for any nature lover. The river is swim friendly, offering a variety of activities, from kayaking, boating and skiing or just relaxing at your private jetty. Come and enjoy some family time or get together with special friends in this entertianment-friendly home.

Riverdance Cottage (No loadshedding & fresh water)

BEAT THE WINTER BLUES with the new enclosed veranda as well as veranda fireplace and now also indoor fireplace. No LOADSHEDDING! No SALTWATER! The cottage is situated about 30 meters from the main house and 45m from the river. It is elevated and overlooks the BreedeRiver. 2 x two-man canoes are available. There is rainwater to be used as cooking and drinking water. There is a TV in the cottage with Netflix and DSTV Live connected. This is the place to relax and regroup. Enjoy

Rosehaven Cottage

“A true home away from home” – that’s what guests say about Rosehaven. This 1900s cottage has something rare: it feels genuinely welcoming. Fresh flowers in every room, a garden alive with birdsong, that stoep where you’ll find yourself just sitting, watching the light change across roses to distant wheatfields. Wood fires crackling in winter, walking distance to excellent restaurants, and the Faerie Sanctuary literally around the corner. The garden welcomes furry family too.

The Heuningberg (“honey mountain”) Aloft

Beach house meets farmhouse, newly built in 2018, where industrial design blends with earthy materials and the natural landscape around you. The house has three porches and was purposefully built to enjoy the Overberg views in every direction. The house is spacious, private and tranquil while still being only 2 minutes away from the shops in town. Stroll down to “Meelmuis” deli for a coffee and panini. Rose Cottage is a stand alone century old farm cottage made postcard-perfect by the milieu of flowers, horses, green fields, dramatic mountains and adjacent farm dam. Newly redecorated, featuring a luxury double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. Fireplace in the open plan living/kitchen area. Wi-Fi, TV with FIRESTICK prime video, netflix!
