LEJU 8 樂居| Loft Living by the River |Open Air Bath

After LEJU 21, we discovered this little gem LEJU 8 in the same alley — once a humble traditional rubber stamp shop, now a cozy heritage hideaway. Restored with love, it features scraped walls where you can still see hints of the original blue paint ( colour once common in the homes of old Malacca), wooden beams and original staircases. We also designed an open-air bath, a quirky yet memorable touch that invites guests to slow down and soak in the moment.

Teratak Sekuchi

Teratak Sekuchi is a semi-traditional timber house by the South China Sea. Originally built in KT town, it was relocated in 2007 to Mengabang Telipot, a typical fishing village. Furnished mainly with old wooden furniture and local decorations, it offers a taste of coastal village living with basic modern comforts. There’s no wifi, TV or air-cond. Strictly for private (non commercial) use only by max 6 (+2 y.o) people.

Hundred Year Old Heritage Shophouse (Loft)

Your “entire area” is the top floor of a 3-story shophouse in the heart of Georgetown. Meticulously renovated from an existing birdhouse to its former glory. All renovation was carried out using recycled hard wood and red bricks. The electrical work and water piping are all exposed.
