Cosy Appartement in Eltville with garden

The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

Sie mieten bei uns eine Ferienwohnung(ca. 65 qm) und einen Wellness Bereich, der exklusiv dieser Ferienwohnung zur Verfügung steht. Er wird von sonst niemandem benutzt. In ungestörter Atmosphäre können sie also richtig gut entspannen. Da sich der Wellness Bereich im gleichen Gebäude wie die Wohnung befindet können auch Eltern mal entspannen ( Babyphone funktioniert problemlos)

The apartment is located in a historic building from 1890 with high walls and stylish interior. It is situated in a prime location at the hub of the Rhine-Main area. The Mainz-Kastel train station is just a 3-minute walk away, providing quick connections to Frankfurt, Mainz, and Wiesbaden. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and only a 5-minute walk from the green spaces of the Rhine promenade and about 15 minutes from the center of Mainz on foot.
