There will always be a friendly welcome at Cwt Blawd, a cosy and stylish retreat on the hillside, overlooking the Clwydian Range. The historic market town of Ruthin is a mile away and holds a wealth of history with it's castle, and beautiful buildings. Ruthin has numerous restaurants, pubs and take-aways (which includes deliveries). North Wales attractions are accessible by car with Snowdon and Zip World only 1 hr drive away. Walks and cycle paths are plentiful in the surrounding area.

Tucked away in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is our newly renovated annex. It is situated in an acre of land including a lake that is surrounded by trees and wildlife. The back door opens to Loggerheads Country Park comprising of beautiful walks and stunning views. A cafe within the park is a great option for brunch and hot drinks. Across the road is a lovely pub for quick bites, slap up meals and a tipple. Or the handy Spar shop has most things you may ever need, 1 min walk

The Pigsty, Snowdonia, North Wales, Bala, Wales

Situated in the grounds of “Caerau Gardens”, a charming and unusual bolt hole for a couple. With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. The surroundings are wonderful, we even have our lake for fishing, swimming or perhaps kayaking. There are many lovely country walks and of course some fabulous country pubs. The trendy suburb of Hoole is only 15 minutes walk. Here you will find bars restaurants and shops.
