Take the mountain e-bikes for a tour around the surrounding countryside, jump into one of the waterholes on the property. A13 is a self-contained unit in the Wataki Lakes Apartments on the Alps to Ocean cycle trail, in the middle of the Waitaki Whitestone UNESCO Global Geopark & abutting the Aoraki Mackenzie International Dark Sky Reserve. Views of Mt Totara. Over the golf course is Lake Aviemore, popular for boating, with many walks nearby. Hot dry summers, crisp sunny autumn & spring, cold snowy winters. Otematata's population is 200, swelling to 5000 in summer. It is on the road between Oamaru & Omarama.

A 5 minute drive to the town centre, our house is warm, private, & modern with some of the best views in Oamaru! It has a fully equipped kitchen & an expansive deck where you can enjoy the ocean views. It’s warm, heated by a heat pump in the living area with extra heaters in the bedrooms. There is a pull out bed for the extra, 5th person if required. We offer free, unlimited high speed internet & all you need for a stay in Oamaru. Fresh clean linen and towels are provided for your stay.

Spacious, comfortable and modern 1 bedroom unit with ensuite. A 2nd DETACHED room as an additional bedroom is available (see photo, fees apply) The cottage is equipped with microwave, stove top, toaster, kettle and basic utensils to prepare a simple meal. Private, delightful garden & decks facing the sun. Outdoor seating provided. Your well behaved, house trained dog is welcome to stay. This is an entire apartment with views to the Ocean. It is cosy and quiet and only 5 minutes from Oamaru but set in a beautiful rural environment. A new kitchen, a cosy loungeroom and private courtyard with barbeque and separate entrance. Tea, coffee, milk and basic supplies in the pantry, homemade bread and a sample of our own honey . Breakfast cereals provided . You will love it. A pleasant garden and views top it all off....while being handy to town.

We offer this unique tiny home with fantastic Ocean views. You can wake to the sunrise and watch the sunset at night all from your bed. We offer continental breakfast. Which includes eggs if the hens are laying. Outdoor spa, Complementary snacks and beverages. You may also bring your dog. 5mins drive to the centre of town. But have restaurants and grocery shops near by. Off street parking also. Just on the town boundary with a rural feel.

The Kakanui Cube

This fabulous little contemporary beach house is right across the road from the ocean. Stroll along the waterfront to Campbell's Bay surf break and the gorgeous sandy beach to All Day Bay. The Cube is the place to really relax and recharge enjoying the views and gorgeous sunrise and sunset. Chill out at home or get out for a surf or walk on the beach.

The whole house is newly renovated, with 5 bedrooms and 2 showers, 3 toilets, we provided two super king size beds, one double size bed, one queen size bed, three single beds and a sofa bed, it can have up to 12 people to stay together!
