Vlak bij het station (160m), de "Aw Brögk" (300m) en het Vrijthof en Onze Lieve Vrouwen Plein op een steenworp afstand. Voor de deur kun je laden en lossen en de auto parkeer je vlak bij (200m) in een parking van Q-Park voor € 17 per dag.

Boutique hotel be (forty-one) is gevestigd in een monumentaal pand, middenin de binnenstad van Maastricht. Op de derde verdieping van ons hotel bevindt zich een mooie Standaard Kamer met eigen (kleine) badkamer. In verband met de smalle trappen (we hebben geen lift) is deze kamer absoluut NIET geschikt voor gasten die moeilijk ter been zijn. De inrichting is in een boutique-chic, industriële en vintage setting. Alle bezienswaardigheden en winkels liggen in de direct omgeving.
