The beach and pier is a five minute walk and the park is literally behind the house with a beautiful café and park. All the fun of Blackpool is just a ten minute drive away and the trendy town of Lytham is just a 6 minute drive. You can bring one well behaved dog aswell!

A wonderful location for the perfect family (and pet!) getaway. House is a family home when not being rented so guests are asked to respect that.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

Relax in this calm, stylish house which provides a perfect base to explore Lytham and further afield. Enjoy the many shops, bars and restaurants the town has to offer within a 10 mins walk. Visit the green, lake, seaside, historic hall and many beautiful gardens. Unwind in the open plan living area with wood burner and well designed kitchen and island for dining with a downstairs toilet. With three spacious bedrooms, dressing room and bathroom there is plenty of space for all.

First floor accommodation, quiet residential area

It's 3 miles to Blackpool town centre with a great bus service and shops a two minute walk away. I live downstairs and guests occupy the first floor, set up as an apartment with their own access. There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.

Lytham is a beautiful, dog friendly, seaside town with a variety of coastal walks, numerous restaurants and attractions. It is well known for its festivals and excellent golf courses. We are located on a quiet street yet just a 5 minute walk to Lytham town center and Lytham Green / Festival. Lytham train station is only a 1 minute walk away and provides easy access to Blackpool, St Annes, Preston and beyond.

A single storey extremely spacious private annex on the outskirts of the Fylde coast just off the M55, a 10 minute drive from  Blackpool and Lytham St Annes and less than an hour away from the Lake District.
