A lot of commodities are surrounding the flat (bakery, butcher, supermarket, little market 3 days a week, grocery....) and there are plenty of nice restaurants all around. The flat is 5 min walk from the Subway (Métro Saxe-Gambetta), and 10 ' walk from the Parc Blandan (garden) and also 10' walk from the riverside.
