Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. I live upstairs with my husband and a 4 year old boy! We maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am :)
