The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

We are ideally situation in a very quiet part of the village near the pretty church and a lovely pub . An easy 20 minute stroll takes you up the village to the beach and the South West Coastal path . We are dog friendly and there are a number of public footpaths that run past the door .

Parsonage Farm Cottage is completely separate from the main house, with its own garden, incredible views and peace and quiet, with Oare Water running along the bottom of the property. Just a short drive to the lovely villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, & Porlock.

Vegetables home grown and available through summer months, pick your own raspberries June/ July. With have breathtaking views, dark skies, endless walks and bike tracks right on the doorstep. The cottage has WiFi and dogs are welcome. Logs are not supplied but can be obtained locally.
