Deze woning is een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor ontelbare mooie wandelingen, mountainbiketochten, fietsen, kajakken, skiën, langlaufen. De woning is volledig afgewerkt in maart 2018 om een groep van 8 à 10 personen een comfortabele en rustige vakantie aan te bieden: slaapkamers met goede bedden + mezzanine (extra 2 personen), voldoende sanitaire voorzieningen, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, veel licht in huis, opbergmogelijkheden, een gezellig salon en een lange eettafel om samen te genieten.

Onze vakantiewoning bevindt zich in de oude kasteelhoeve op een unieke plek in het pittoreske dorpje Provedroux in de Ardennen. Wandelen, fietsen, sneeuw - en waterpret, culinaire geneugten en allerlei andere activiteiten voor jong en oud behoren tot de mogelijkheden. Alles bevindt zich op het gelijkvloers en de grote tuin is volledig omheind. 2 huisdieren zijn welkom. Wij voorzien linnengoed en enkele basisproducten. Er is een ruime goed uitgeruste keuken alsook een inloopdouche en parking.

The rooms have magnificent views on the surrounding area. The house is located in Trois-Ponts. There are lots of fun activities, like hiking, biking, kayaking, sauna, ... etc.

Each apartment has a private bathroom with a shower, double sink, and separate toilet. Towels and bed linen are provided. Children welcome from 12 years and over. The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Charmante gîte voor rust- en natuurliefhebbers!

Voor wie rust en natuur zoekt is hier op de juiste plek. Je bevindt je hier midden in de natuur met hectaren bos in de achtertuin. Wat vroeger een stal was is nu een charmante gîte. Een typische woning in de Ardennen met veel intimiteit op enkele minuten van het formule 1 circuit. Als fanatiek trailer ken ik het bos in de achtertuin op mijn duimpje. Ik kan het iedere loop- en wandelliefhebber aanraden om er een keer te "verdwalen". Het is uiteraard ook geschikt voor mountainbikers.

L'appartement est situé au centre de Hotton dans une ancienne ferme devenue par la suite la maison familiale. Entièrement rénovée en 2026, l'appartement est sur deux niveaux avec feu au bois.
