The Bread House in Silver Plume

Stay in a living ghost town! The Bread House is one of the original houses in Silver Plume, dating back to the 1880s. Recently remodeled, it's been brought back to life and we'd love to share it with you. The Bread House is a quiet, two-story house with plenty of space to spread out. It's a perfect respite after a day of skiing, hiking, rafting, or fishing, or just for a cozy getaway. We're located right off I-70 next to Georgetown, about 45 min from Denver, and 10 min to Loveland Ski Area.

Christmas In The Mountains!

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. It's remote and quiet, but accessible year-round: 2 hours from DIA, 1.5 hours from downtown Denver, and 50-mins from Breckenridge. Large kitchen (w/ fridge and antique stove), barnwood accents, huge 400sf deck, and historic decor from Como's gold rush. Dogs welcome, too.

The Cricket- An amazing Tiny House!

The Cricket is a rustic historic cabin in a small neighborhood on Spring Street along side the rushing Clear Creek and nestled among an Aspen grove. The Cricket was built in 1920 and is 360 sq. feet. We have just completed renovations on the Cricket including a new bathroom, interior and exterior painting and extensive yard work. We think you will find our home a peaceful refuge!
