I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

I welcome people of all backgrounds into my 2 bedroom 2 bath home in South Boulder. The guest space is the entire first floor. I use the guest floor as a gallery for my art work, and I hope you will come and enjoy it. There are a lot of comfortable spaces to hang out, with an eclectic array of furniture. The home is one block away from old town Louisville known for their restaurants, coffee shops, small business and retail shops. Its a short walk to the farmers market and a great location the Street Faire, the annual music festival Friday nights during the summer. RTD busses pick up right outside the house. It's 15 minutes to Boulder by car and 30 minutes to Denver.
