Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

This apartment on the Tennessee River offers a quiet spot for travelers 3 miles from the interstate and the natural beauty of East Tennessee. Awaken to deer on the hillside and barges on the river. Perfect for families. your friendly hosts are onsite to provide assistance and offer advice on nearby waterfalls, state parks, downtown Knoxville restaurants, and getting to Neyland Stadium. Microwave only, no stove. Amenities include a washer/dryer, fridge, toys, games, and books. Two queen + futon.

The golf front deck has a large gas grill and outdoor seating, firepit area and Waterfall! Location is close to all the TV amenities and easy access to our wonderful East TN mountains and lakes. (Host lives on main level. No smoking, pets or children<12. Suite is down a flight of stairs inside)

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .
