The Puffin Burrow is a lovely self-contained apartment on the ground floor of this magnificent Georgian House. It has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other set up as king size but can be made into another twin on request. Relax in a modern home on our 20 hectare (50 acre) working farm just a few miles south of the Edinburgh city bypass. The apartment includes 3 rooms with a private external entrance and a locked internal door if needed. The single bedroom is ensuite; the other main room is a living space with a kitchenette and large sofa bed. We are close to the route south / north too and from Edinburgh but far enough away (1.5km) to not get interrupted by road / traffic noise.

This house is all on one level. It is a large 1920's house in a quiet suburban area close to bars, restaurants and local amenities. It is a 10 minute bus journey to the city centre. Visitors parking permits will be provided (free of charge) in order that you can park close to the house. There are always plenty of parking spaces available.
