Lime Kiln Cottage is a cosy, traditionally built stone cottage with a sunny courtyard garden and parking for two cars. The cottage is less than two minutes walk from the tidal River Fowey where there is a slipway suitable for launching small watercraft. A level 5 min walk will take you into the town where there are many historic buildings and a variety of independent shops, several pubs, restaurants, cafe's and a co-op. Lostwithiel Railway Station is on the mainline from London to Penzance.

The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. It is family and dog friendly with a secure patio garden. One private parking space is provided. Additional parking is less than 50 meters away in the free car park. Beautiful scenic riverside and woodland walks are nearby as well as stunning Cornish coastline and beaches just a few miles away.

Moorland walks and stunning lakes are all within close vicinity and both the North & South coasts are within a 30-40minute drive. The A30 & A38 are also easily accessible via car from the property.

Our self catering detached cottage is available all year round. A spacious ground floor cottage with views over the garden, it's own parking (with an outside electric socket) and patio area. Between Fowey & Lostwithiel in South East Cornwall. We have one super king size bed. We accept 2 medium sized dogs, by arrangement. The large garden is not fully fenced, we have a mixture of water, hedges and fences as our 3 acre boundary. The patio is completely fenced.

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. Coming by car is essential. It is an old farm building, sympathetically converted using the available space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in!
