The upper two floors of Furnis Villa, a 150 year old detached three storey sandstone house centrally located in a quiet three house cul-de-sac. Recently renovated and furnished to a high standard. Very comfortable to live in and ideal for a few nights or a longer stay. The entrance is at the rear and accessed along the alleyway to the left of the property (NOT the ground floor front door). Parking is usually easily available in the cul-de-sac close to the house. PLEASE READ ‘Guest access’ below.

Located on the High Street the house has parking immediately adjacent and has a large garden with gated access onto the Speyside Way for riverside walks. Upstairs has two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and the main bathroom.

Kellas Lodge

The Gate Lodge, four star rated, is located at the entrance to Kellas House. A comfortable lodge offering a large sitting room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and comes with your own private hot tub. Please note there is a surcharge of GBP 8 per day per pet this can be paid cash to us. If your stay is longer than 5 nights you can use our laundry facility located at Kellas House (3 min. walk) please ask about this on your arrival if you like to use this facility.

The house is well located for Elgin town centre which is a 10/15 min walk.2 parking spaces are provided. It’s a home from home with new decked outdoor seating at the rear. Gas central heating. 2 double beds, kitchen including air fryer , bathroom. Please check the house rules, additional information for any questions you might have which might help when looking to book. Distilleries all a short drive . Glen Moray distillery a 10 minute walk .
