Located in the quaint resort village of Nopolo, this premium condo has commanding ocean and mountain views, a large balcony terrace, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, Washer/Dryer, WiFi, and cable TV. The condo is on the 4th floor and accessed by elevator or stairs. The common area features a large and meandering wading and swimming built-in pool (not heated) surrounded by palapas and lounge chairs, and a sandy lounge/play area. (Note: The Marina boat slips are for Owners only.)

Stunning 3 bd, 3.5 ba home located a quick walk from the beach and the plaza. Private walled property with swimming pool, fire pit, bbq, pizza oven and rooftop bar make this the perfect spot for a family vacation or guys/girls trip. Close proximity to the marina also makes Momo's Casa an ideal spot for groups who like to fish or enjoy time spent on the water. The studio has a fun contemporary decoration which is located in the second floor. Once you enter the studio you would be able call it home. Less than 5 minutes from the plaza, grocery stores, coffee shops, boardwalk, restaurants, you name it. Craft shops “artesanias” crossing the street and 7-minute walk to beach.
