Within comfortable walking distance from the town; the indulgent hot tub, cosy wood-burning stove, stylish interiors and sun trap south-facing garden make it a great place to return to after a day out exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire.

Dales Retreat

Dales Retreat is a 5-person static caravan on a family 5-star site nestled between the villages of Long Preston and Hellifield, amidst the rolling countryside of the Yorkshire Dales National Park & Forest of Bowland. An ideal location for walking, cycling, mountain biking or just relaxing. Close to Malham Cove, Ingleton Falls, Gisburn Forest, Bolton Abbey, Ingleborough Caves, Yorkshire three peaks, to name a few. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, double room, twin room and sofa bed.

Knotts View is detached property with 3 en suite bedrooms, one is ground floor. Superb kitchen diner flooded with light & french doors to the terrace. Spacious lounge with a wood burning stove, multi level ceiling with feature lighting & french doors. Conquered the challenge of The Three Peaks yet? Relax in the hot tub & take in the view to the summits of Ingleborough & Pen-y-Ghent. There are three en suite bedrooms, the two super king doubles can be prepared as twin bedrooms upon request.

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Old school cottage, Langcliffe, Yorkshire Dales

Old school cottage is a unique holiday home full of charm and character. Its large feature window and double height kitchen area is perfect for socialising. Langcliffe is a quiet,picturesque Dales village just a short walk from Settles pubs and restaurants. It is a popular starting point for walkers visiting the Victoria caves, Malham , 3 peaks , settle loop, 3 different waterfalls and wild swimming spots are all near by. There is a private garden area with views of the village green.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Our stylish cottage is centrally located in the historic market town of clitheroe. Nestled on a quiet street, this fully refurbished gem, is just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars. It is ideally placed to visit the local attractions such as Clitheroe Castle and museum, the Grand Theatre, Homes Mill and the Everyman Cinema. There is a pleasant outside space where you can relax before heading out on your new adventures.

Oughtershaw is a tiny, peaceful, rural hamlet of only 8 houses surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Nestling close to Oughtershaw Beck and oozing period charm is Amber Cottage, a traditional Dales house dating from 1732. The cottage is directly on the ‘Dales Way’, so ideal for walkers and is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day exploring everything the Dales have to offer.
