It is perfect for a walk to the beach or spending time downtown dining at some of the finest places the gulf coast has to offer or indulging yourself in sea life at the new aquarium! You can get a peek of the Gulf from the living room and the kitchen! This cozy home is perfect for a getaway.

Shell House a 170 year old private estate that sits on three acres with 500 year old registered live oak trees. Located on the Gulf of Mexico there is a private beach just out your front door.. The property is walking distance to restaurants, fishing and sailing. We are also a short distance from 12 Casinos. The estate has a Pool House that sleeps 6 two in one room and four in the other room. A Bungalow that sleeps 4 two in one room and two in the other room. See Photos.

Our cottage is in a beautifully landscaped private resort setting with pool, gazebo with fireplace and TV, gardens, outdoor kitchen/gas grill and outdoor eating area. It is near area beaches and great restaurants, as well as the Island View Casino. For overcast days, there are numerous board games, puzzles, and interesting books along with a very high-speed internet connection. Perfect for a romantic getaway, pool vacation, or grilling while watching a game.
