We have 2 delightful, and newly-renovated double rooms plus shower room at semi-basement level. ‘Below Stairs’ has its own entrance so you have full privacy away from the busy family life going on upstairs! The accommodation is a perfect place to lay your head for a weekend, a work trip or accommodation around a wedding or event. There’s no kitchen although tea and coffee are provided and the nearby Caterham Cafe does a great breakfast! Costa, Cafe Nero and restaurants are also moments away.

Guest studio situated in quiet garden of family home. Max. 2 people. Dbl bed, kitchenette w/fridge & microwave, plus small shower room. Separate building with its own entrance - no need to enter our home, just come and go easily past the side of the house. Tranquil setting but close to shops, cafes & good transport to central London. A cosy modern ground floor 1 bed (sofa bed) within our lively family home, with all the basics including own en suite shower room /wc and TV. It is the perfect place for a short stay. There is a small counter to make drinks and small meals including mini fridge freezer and microwave oven. Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. Guest are welcome to use the gas BBQ

Studio, own access, self contained.

The room has it's own entrance door. It has a double Queen size bed, shower room and kitchen area (tea, coffee, cereal etc supplied) with fridge, microwave and single induction hob. There is a sofa, TV & table with two chairs. Our home is about a 15 minute walk to Claygate station. Trains direct to London Waterloo (35 mins) and Guildford. Claygate has local shops and a CoOp, several pubs and restaurants and we are close to a bus stop with a frequent bus service to Kingston for major shops.

The Garden Room - Sunbury Upon Thames

Relax in this modern, calm, stylish space, a new addition integral to our family home. Parking on road. The living area has a very comfortable sofa bed. We are 12 mins walk from Sunbury Main line train station with trains direct to London or short bus ride to Feltham station with fast trains to London Waterloo. Close to Heathrow airport, Kew Gardens, Hampton Court, Twickenham, BP village. 10 minutes walk from the village with good pubs and restaurants. Walking distance to Kempton Park.

Annexe in lovely house , good links to London.

This is a newly decorated area that can be accessed privately, situated on outskirts of London, close to Sutton and Carshalton Beeches main line stations. These provide quick access to London. Gatwick and Heathrow are easily accessible. The Royal Marsden Hospital is close by. Two minutes by car or bus at the top of the road that goes into the hospital grounds. St Antony's is about a 12min drive. There is one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, kitchen and lounge with TV /WIFI.

Private studio for to 2 people - 3 minute walk to train (Malden Manor) - London in 30 minutes. Double bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom. Complimentary drinks and breakfast items. 24" TV with Netflix in bedroom, WiFi. Door lockable. (No oven or stove) On street parking, close to Kingston, Sutton, Wimbledon and the Thames. Ideal for people attending events in London or seeing family / friends who live near here. A small space to be in all the time, but good as a overnight base.

The Courtyard is a luxury, completely self contained apartment, safe and secure with its own private entrance. The king size bedroom and seating area overlook our courtyard in leafy Long Ditton. Close to Surbiton with trains direct to London Waterloo in just 16 minutes. Access to the suite is from a key safe. Guests can enjoy complete privacy during their stay, while we live in separate on-site accommodation should you have questions. Parties and gatherings are not permitted.

Self contained studio close to AELTC

Bright and airy self contained studio with kitchenette, set to the rear of our family home. We are only a very short walk (5 mins) from the main entrance of the All England Club (which can be seen from the property), the Wimbledon Club, Wimbledon Park and Wimbledon Common. The studio overlooks our mature garden & patio which guests are welcome to use and enjoy during their stay. Please note: there is no parking available during the tennis championships

Grace Cottage

Grace Cottage is an annex on the side of our home. Access is via a locked side gate and then you will need to cross the main house patio area to get to the separate entrance to the flat. It is set up with the bedroom and living area being in one space, with a mezzanine floor where a single mattress is situated. There is a fully kitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Shower room with basin, toilet and shower.
