The property is located less than 4 miles away from the GA International Horse Park, 11 miles away from Vampire Stalkers (The Vampire Diaries), & 28 miles away from downtown Atlanta. The house is a shared living space, but don't worry, the basement is totally private & has its own entrance.

This 1940’s home has been fully renovated, including a gas fireplace and 36 inch gas stove. Sit outside in the screened porch. Each bedroom has a 55 inch television and the living room has 65 inch television. Cable TV through Hulu live and Disney+. Only 10 minutes from Southern Belle Farm, 20 minutes to the Motor Speedway, 30 minutes to the Atlanta airport.

Micro-Cabin/Crash Pad in tiny house community

Cozy micro-cabin in tiny house community on dead end street. 5 minute walk from Lakewood Amphitheater and Screen Gems studios. 10 minute ride from airport. Was designed as a crash pad for anyone in town for work, a flight, or road trip. Inside is 4x8x5 mattress is twin. Sleeps 1 comfortably, possibly 2. Bathroom access is about 20ft away. Unit includes electric, AC, heat, TV, wifi, firestick, free parking, storage underneath. Close to a highway so there are waves of passing cars.

10 minutes from downtown Covington and 35 minutes from the east side of Atlanta. Enjoy a peaceful, unique experience in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space and resident chickens. This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!
