Frisch renovierte Wohnung direkt am Strand. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus vorhanden (Kostenlos). Der Strand ist auf der anderen Straßenseite ca. 20m entfernt. Das Haus besitzt einen Fahrstuhl. Die Wohnung wurde aufwendig saniert und erstrahlt jetzt im neuen Glanz. Es wurde eine neue Küche sowie neue Geräte, neue Möbel und ein neues Badezimmer gemacht. Das Haus besitzt einen Pool der genutzt werden kann. Der Balkon der Wohnung zeigt in den Innenhof/Poolseite.
