Enjoy this mid-century modern guest house in a spectacular site, with a lake view, waterfall, and forest all in one place. The house was just fully renovated. This house is just 2 miles from Ithaca downtown and 3 miles from Cornell University. The location is super close to everything Ithaca has to offer—Ithaca falls, downtown, restaurants, the farmer's market, wineries, all within a few minutes drive of your rental. This unit is fully private, with no shared areas/entrance with the other unit.

Light-filled, restored 19th-century cottage in the Village of Groton, 20 minutes from Ithaca. 900 square-feet of space, original woodwork and hardware, contemporary appliances and amenities. Guests have exclusive use of the entire house. Downstairs: fully-equipped kitchen, living room with gas stove, foldout couch. Upstairs: large master suite and living area, king-sized bed, bath with shower and washer/dryer. Grounds feature patio, parking, and perennial gardens. Convenient to area colleges.

Sleep to the sound of your private waterfall in this cabin made for two. 12 miles from Ithaca and central to all that the Fingerlakes has to offer, less than one mile from the only National Forest in New York State, a 15 minute drive to either Seneca or Cayuga lakes, Waterfalls, and of course the renowned wine trails. This cabin is equipped with high-speed wifi, climate control with AC, hot/cold water, flush toilet. Fold-out couch in the living room for a third guest (fee). Grown-ups only

Your hosts Linda & Chris, can't wait to welcome you to Beacon Board Retreat inspired by Linda's beloved first calf from her family dairy farm. Our modern farm house retreat pays homage to those roots with charming modern farmhouse decor. This home is a bit of a chameleon, many renovations have landed us here. This apartment has a spacious kitchen, dining and living room, 2 large bedrooms, full bath and laundry. We are excited for our new adventure of hosting people in this charming space.

The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).
