Practica deportes como senderismo, ciclismo, etc. en Teror y municipios anexos sin renunciar a los días de playa desde el norte al sur de la isla. La casa está a escasos 5 minutos en coche de Teror y a 10 de la autopista GC-3 que conecta con el Norte/Centro y el Sur de la isla, así como con Tamaraceite que cuenta con todos los servicios.

Im Anbau befinden sich die Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Panoramafenster und Dusche sowie die separate Toilette/Waschraum. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse und eine Dachterrasse mit Chillout-Bereich und Barbeque.
