Glen Beach Bungalow Main House

Soak up sea breezes and uninterrupted views on the expansive wooden pool deck attached to this immaculate modern beach house. Relax on the sun loungers to the sound of the waves. Indoors, stretch out in the open-plan living spaces of two lounge areas - open planned to the kitchen and dining room areas. The Main House level of the beach house is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the ocean level and the 4th master bedroom is downstairs. (The Upper Penthouse level is completely separate to the Main House Level) This Beach Villa - this property is situated directly on Glen Beach. (The small enclave nestled between Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches) Paradise at its best. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room open out onto a large decked pool area. Your beach gate leads right onto the beach. Uninterrupted sea views. Glen Beach is uniquely situated with only 15 beach homes. We are within walking distance to the local restaurant strip. The Main House section has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. Should your party be larger, the upper penthouse can be combined to allow for a maximum of 12 guests. The Main House is completely private, with it's own private pool. The upper penthouse has it's own pool and balconies. The Beach Gate is communal. Sean, Mary-Louise or another member of our family will be there to check you in and make sure that you are comfortable. We are contactable at all times, should there be any questions needing answers to. The home is situated in the famous international landmark that is Camps Bay. The locale’s crystal clear oceans and soft white beaches—which are within walking distance—draw tourists. Indulge at one of the acclaimed restaurants on the strip. If you want to relax and soak up the sun, walking within the Camps Bay area is easy. Should you wish to explore all Cape Towns other beautiful spots, we recommend to hire a car. This is also extremely easy and can be done at the airport, or once you are at the villa. Cape Town also has a reliable bus system call the Myciti bus. Baynest Villa is situated a stone’s throw away from some of the best activities in Hout Bay. With backup power supply, uninterrupted sea and mountain views and a 5 minute walk to the beach right next to Mariner's Wharf, restaurants and renowned flea markets. The villa has 3 levels with their own large bedroom suites. All bedrooms have king size beds, air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms. Secure off street parking, guest bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, scullery, dining and lounge area.

Sunny 3 Bedroom House with Mountain Views

Brand new 3 Bedroom House with open plan living. The House has a pool and outdoor deck with a garden. The house have beautiful views of the valley and mountains in Hout Bay. Located in a neighbourhood in Hout Bay close to restaurants and shops. Cape Town is a 30 min drive and Chapmans peak and constant wine farms on your doorstep. There is 3 bedrooms one onsite with a king size bed and 2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed and a king size bed. We now have back up power during load shedding.

The upstairs offers spectacular ocean views with a big open plan bathroom. Downstairs is the perfect setting for dinners around the dining table leading onto the open plan kitchen. The downstairs double bedrooms share a bathroom and the front bedroom has beautiful sea views. While the downstairs deck is great for sundowners. Situated 45 minutes from Cape Town’s city centre.

Watch glowing sunsets or whales and dolphins and the romantic mist over the cliffs with the sound of waves as your constant backdrop. Relax by the fireplace in the spacious double‑storey lounge, cook in a fully equipped open‑plan kitchen and work with fast fibre and a “ready‑to‑plug‑in” office. Mountain House

Mountain House is perched at the top of Camps Bay . The house has three bedrooms two with queen size beds, one with a double bed . It has two bathroom areas, two showers one bath , two toilets. A fully equipped kitchen. A fireplace for those chilly nights. It has all the bells and whistles in terms of internet,wi fi , cable TV , webber gas braai, great outdoor areas to chill and of course a pool . There is a battery inverter for the property to mitigate power outages .

Table Mountain Home with Ocean View

Indulge in the private luxury of this villa-like retreat perched above Camps Bay. Experience tranquility in a quiet space boasting unique art, custom furnishings and decor, sweeping vistas, and a backyard salt water pool. This is a great house for large groups. There is plenty of space and plenty of privacy. All rooms are good sizes with 3 big ensuite bedrooms. The house is available to rent as a whole. There is solar / battery back up in the event of loadshedding.

Set high on the mountain slopes of Constantia Nek, Blackwood Log Cabin has panoramic views across the lush valley to the mountains beyond. The 2 bedroomed house sleeps 4 with 2 bathrooms. Power outages are being experienced by SA - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.
