We are also approximately 1 mile away from Plas Dinam Country House. It has a fully equipped kitchen and large comfortable chairs - perfect for a short break or longer holiday. One of two Beautiful apartments ( this one is on the ground floor but is up a couple of steps so it is probably unsuitable for wheelchairs) in the historic Porch House; a 16th century grade II* listed timber framed town house in the centre of Bishops Castle, opposite a pub with lively music nights. Host has good knowledge of local area. I usually live in this house when not on AirB&B, therefore this is my home too. Please note if you want a hotel style house/room consider using the Elephant and Castle in Newtown.
