A beautiful space in picturesque surroundings.

The property is located approximately half a mile (about a 10 minute walk) from Twyn Square in the centre of Usk town, which has many pubs shops and eateries. The bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen and there are 2 good sized bedrooms overlooking the front garden. There are many breathtakingly beautiful walks on the doorstep. Access is along a single track lane leading to a private parking area for 1-2 cars. Strictly no parking on the lane please, because it is a public right of way.

Please note this is part of our home so ideal for relaxing, walkers/cyclists or couples who want to relax but not to party, loud music etc, we respect our neighbours and therefore our quiet hours are 10pm- 6am. The hot tub is only available until 9.30pm and only quiet music. *No pets*

The en-suite has a bath & shower. We are happy for you to bring your lovely pets, the outdoor private area for the cottage is not fully enclosed sadly but we do have a paddock you can use and there are plenty of fab dog walking/swimming spots locally.

The garden area provides 2 large decked viewpoints, Private parking. The property has retained it's original stone spiral staircase which might prove difficult for guests with mobility issues or the very young.
