Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

Located on our small site at Erw Glas, inside you’ll find a king-size bed with Egyptian cotton linen and feather duvets, a smart TV and kitchen area. Outside enjoy your private decking and enclosed garden, plus a fire pit and wood-fired hot tub for evenings watching the sunset. Our friendly alpacas and free-roaming chickens also live on site.
