This nice open space is super comfortable & relaxing. It has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, a water dispenser, a grill, a small deck, a fire pit, a picnic table, a soaking tub, etc... With a quick 7-minute drive to either downtown Petoskey or a 10-minute drive to Charlevoix and 20 minutes to Petoskey State Park. With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.
