Our 200 year old spacious one bed cottage offers all mod coms, including king size bed with 100% eco bedding. The modern bathroom offers combined bath/shower. The kitchen is well equipped and leads out to an outdoor balcony with views. The cosy living room offers plenty of seating, Smart TV and a fire.

Laid out as a studio with underfloor heating throughout, stylish kitchen, luxurious double bed with Simba mattress; crisp white linen and soft throws. After a night's peaceful sleep leave the car in the yard, to take your pick of walks in any direction - moorland, stream or pasture.

Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.

Our holiday home is located just outside the centre and is ideally located for walking in the Peak District National Park and enjoying the fantastic pubs, cafes and restaurants in the village. You will find everything you need to enjoy your stay in this stylish, fully equipped home, including a fully enclosed courtyard where you can eat, drink and relax.

The River Sett meanders from the reservoir at the foot of Kinder Scout, through the village passing the cricket pitch, church and village hall.

A local pub just up the road, and for the little ones, there's a children's play park opposite the cottage.

Accommodation is split level with a couple of steps separating the bedroom and living area from the fully equipped dining kitchen. A modern shower room with complementary toiletries complete the space. Guests can access the cottage either from the shared courtyard or the private garden area. There is off street parking and wifi at the property.
