The barn is a one bedroom, split level cottage in the heart of picturesque Kintbury. There are plenty of walks in the countryside and the canal is within easy reach for walking, fishing and biking. The village has 2 pubs, a corner store, butchers and bakery all a few minutes walk from the cottage. The property is an easy 3min walk for trains to Newbury/Hungerford (5mins) or London (1 hour). There is fast unlimited internet in the cottage and a separate Netflix account for guests use.

It's more shabby chic than luxury as we sadly don't have an open fire but underfloor heating, good beds and great views. Kids love playing football and others table tennis.
