Kingston Gateway Suite

This is a Turn of the Century Victorian Home. It was built in 1900, we are the 3rd owners. It has been well loved and given a new look. It is our desire to share this with unique space with everyone. You will have a warm and inviting space to relax in. Upgrades include an extensive water filtration system and thermostatic shower controls. Kingston Suites also offers central air and heat for each floor giving you control of your comfort. This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY. There are 3 suites total

The Heart House in NewBo

Just one block from NewBo Market in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, this sparkling clean, cozy and eclectic space is the upstairs apartment of an 1890s era home listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Once slated for demolition, the Heart House was fully restored to include a first floor shop and a second floor Airbnb. Guests especially love the clawfoot tub (unless mobility is an issue) with rainfall showerhead.

This cozy cottage is an incredible getaway! This historic 1910 farmhouse is very well maintained with original beautiful hardwood floors, woodwork, built-ins and windows, situated on 4.5 acres less than 1.5 miles from downtown Marion and on the edge of Cedar Rapids. In town for a sporting event? The property is 10 minutes from Tuma Soccer Complex and Prospects Meadows. There are lots of trees and the privacy will make you forget you are still in the city. The Boyson Trail is accessible through the neighborhood across Boyson Rd.

A completely separate 1 bedroom apartment (also on Airbnb) is the top half of the house, and we call that the Uptown B! Check it out on our host profile. Irish hill guests will have access to a .25 acre yard (unfenced). Only blocks away from uptown Marion!
