The Hut at The Stables is close to the historic city of Lincoln with its many amazing attractions. It has access to the fabulous countryside with the city of Lincoln and the famous Lincolnshire Wolds nearby and the many local links to military aviation. It is ideal for couples or solo travellers. The village has a bus stop with links to Lincoln and Woodhall Spa and there are many pubs & restaurants in the local area. The Hut offers total privacy as it is a self contained annex to the main house.

Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

Outside you can relax on the patio area or unwind in the hot tub. Accommodation is on the upper floor. Little High Ridge Farm’s Cart Lodge has recently been converted into a modern self-catered accommodation with a rustic twist. You’ll love this charming property, set on an equestrian yard in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. A picturesque and peaceful location, with immediate access to walking trails (including The Viking Way), yet only a short drive away from popular attractions including Cadwell Park, local market towns and the Lincolnshire Coast. Goulceby is a quiet village with a popular pub five minutes walk from the property. We have ample parking for vehicles, including room for vehicle trailers.

Close to the Al (Boundary Mill, Arena UK exit) making it perfect for breaking a long journey whilst also being equipped for mini breaks and holidays. Semi-rural setting on the edge of a village. Private off-road parking with your own access point to the rooms via our adjacent field. Post office, shop and pub (10 mins walk) Footpath from the property through fields and woods as far as Belton, Syston and beyond.

Till Barn is a cozy centrally heated cottage for two, but is surprisingly spacious, with vaulted beamed ceilings in the sitting room and bedroom and fully equipped kitchen and bath/ shower room. It is situated in a pretty and peaceful rural location, but is only 15 minutes by car from Lincoln Cathedral and Castle and 8 mins from the Lincoln Showground, so guests have all the convenience of being really close to attractions but with the advantage of a peaceful nights sleep.

Conveniently located down a quite rural lane, between Newark and Lincoln, just off the A1133 road which provides easy access to the A46, A57 and A1.
