This is the most fantastic location. We Have Air Conditioning. This is our "perfect sized" home when it's just my wife and I. It's nice and comfortable. Sound travels in this building. Be a good neighbor. Quiet hours begin at 9pm. Please do not be the cause of your neighbor having a less than wonderful experience.
