The house is old but reconstructed in the years 2002-2008. It has architectural value since it has been preserved without damage because reconstruction interventions are done with care. The house is undependable and has two rooms on the ground floor one of which has and wood-fired chimney and a small bathroom.The distance from the towns of Shkodra and Lezha is about 23 km. In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom that offers all the services.

Located on the 6th floor with elevator, it has a side sea view, 1 bedroom, sofa bed, baby bed, A/C, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. Suitable for 5–6 guests. Public or paid parking is available near the building. Supermarket downstairs. We welcome pets with an additional cleaning fee of €30 per stay.
