Located 4 blocks from St. Mary's Catholic Church, and 5 blocks from Hospital. we have Cottonwood Ski Lodge and Snow Haven close. We welcome all guests professional or recreational and welcome those who stay over attending family events.

Comfortable plush queen and twin bunk beds. The Bear Room, one of three rooms in the main building. Directly across from the 3.5-mile trail around Winchester Lake. Across the street from The Gateway convenience store. Short walk to child friendly, Winchester Kitchen and Bar, good food and beverage, also to Winchester Lake State Park where you can rent canoes, paddle boards, fish, hike, bird watch, until your heart's content.

Full kitchen, which is fully stocked with pots and pans, all kitchen items you will need. Keurig coffee machine is also available. We have laundry facilities on site which are free to use.
