There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

La villa si trova a circa 200 mt dal bivio in direzione Centola in zona residenziale ed immersa nel verde. Per raggiungere il centro e le spiagge è indispensabile l'auto, ma la distanza è davvero breve! La casa è un ampio monolocale, le due zone notte, sono separate da una tenda oscurante. Villetta indipendente situata ad Ascea Marina in zona collinare (a 2,5 km dal mare), può ospitare fino a sei persone ed è disposta su un unico livello: dotata di un ampio soggiorno (con divano letto), angolo cottura e bagno, due stanze da letto, con possibilità di biancheria da letto e da bagno, completa di suppellettili, posaterie e stoviglie, TV, lavatrice ed eventuale culla neonato.
