Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Ruime lichte studio op de begane grond gelegen aan de rivier de Rijn in Oud Leiderdorp. In nabijheid van Leiden en Amsterdam, de stranden van Noordwijk en Katwijk en de bloemenpracht van de Keukenhof. Bij mooi weer kunt u direct aan het water genieten van de ochtendzon met een vers kopje koffie. Knusse blokhut (17 m2) voor twee personen, voorzien van douche en toilet. Vrijstaand met veel privacy en volop ruimte buiten. Mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te maken. Er staat in de ruimte een tweepersoonsbed. Twee eenpersoonsbedden zijn ook mogelijk, we weten dit graag ruim van te voren, zodat alles klaar staat als je komt. Een heerlijk ontbijt kan worden bijgeboekt. Op aanvraag: avondmaaltijd te bestellen: verse soep met broodplank.

Near the center of Leiden, we have renovated a charming early 19th-century coach house for temporary rental. You’ll enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside, while still being close to all the amenities of a vibrant city. Simple (non-electric) bicycles are available to rent for €2.50 per day—perfect for trips into the city. For longer distances, we offer 2 to 3 electric bikes at €25 per day per bike
