A quaint cottage, at Aston Hill Farm, Ewloe

This is a newly refurbished cottage, which was originally a farm workers cottage, on a dairy farm. It’s quaint and very nicely finished. The log burner makes the sitting room very cosy. The cottage is attached to a stable block, and forms a u-shape of out-buildings, including our carpentry workshop. The main farmhouse is close by, but separate. We have large gardens, which guest are welcome to use, including a barbecue and pizza oven. Rural location, but close to lots of amenities.

Excellent public transport options at your doorstep and a wealth of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. The cabin is situated in the grounds of our property so it is better suited to people who like to explore the local area and the Cheshire countryside.

The Dairy Snug is a light and self-contained space which is part of the old Diary. It is available for short breaks. A hidden gem situated on the edge of the city with easy access to rural walks and views towards the Welsh hills. Just 2 miles away from the historic centre of Chester, the property backs onto the old railway track which provides an easy cycle and walking route into the city.
