La rénovation de la partie habitation date de 2010. Gîte de France classé 3 épis, de caractère totalement indépendant, le long d'une petite rivière. Casa amb encant situada dins del poble de Lladó a l'Alt Empordà. Consta de dos plantes, quatre habitacions i un gran jardí. La casa esta constriuda en el estil de les antigues masies catalanes.
