The chalet is located in a quiet neighborhood of Taninges and is within walking distance of local shops, bars and restaurants. The chalet is less than an hours drive from Geneva Airport.

Apartment at garden level in a completely renovated ancient farm on the south hillside of Samoëns. Shared access to the Espace Bon-être : massage parlour, sauna, outside jacuzzi from 10h to 22h. Magnificent view on the surrounding mountains and Samoëns downhill. The chalet is about 4km from the lifts which lead to Samoëns 1600, beginning of the slopes.

A disposition un lit parapluie, ainsi qu'une chaise haute. Logement pour 4 personnes, possibilité de rajouter un lit d'appoint. Vu sur le Mont-Blanc, la Pointe de Sale et sur les pistes de ski de Samoëns. Logement non fumeur.

Vous serez à 4km du parking des remontées mécaniques de Morillon et du magnifique lac bleu de Morillon. Place de parking dans la cour. 4 couchages : chambre avec lit 2 places et canapé-lit convertible dans le salon (la chambre ne dispose pas de fenêtre). Cuisine entièrement équipée. Nombreux rangements.

This duplex apartment of 200 m², completely renovated in 2017 by an architect, located in an old farmhouse can accommodate up to 14 people with 5 bedrooms with en-suite. It has a covered terrace, facing south offering a panoramic view on the valley, a private parking for 5 vehicles and a ski-room with a boot warmer. It is 4 minutes from the center of Samoëns and a 5-minute drive away from the nearest ski lift. During school holidays renting only from Saturday to Saturday.
