We are now classed 2**. Discover a comfortable, fully equipped cottage with old time charm in the heart of the hamlet of Saint-Félix. If you are looking for calm and the real experience of the Quercy countryside with its beautiful landscapes, it is an ideal location to escape from the bustle of city life. The nearest shops are about 10 km away. However, artistic, historic, and pre-historic sites, as well as fine regional cooking are easily accessible. Read Other Things to Note below.

Idéalement située au milieu d'un parc boisé de 10 ha, cette grange entièrement rénovée et climatisée peut accueillir confortablement jusqu’à 15 personnes. Elle est l’endroit parfait pour qui veut se mettre au vert, se reposer au bord de la piscine, jouer au tennis, au basket, à la pétanque, se divertir au billard, au flipper, au babyfoot (payants) ou partir à la découverte des sites touristiques du Quercy et du Périgord qui sont tous à moins d'1 h de route. Tous commerces à moins de 6 km.

Ancien pigeonnier au calme

Profitez de la vue imprenable de ce bâti entièrement restauré en pleine nature. Situé sur une ancienne ferme du Quercy, il offre un très grand terrain, au calme, permettant promenades, détente et repas à l'extérieur. Une plancha, des transats, un salon et une table de jardin sont à votre disposition ainsi que des jeux extérieurs. Côté intérieur, le RDC communique par un escalier de pierre extérieur avec la chambre parentale. Celle-ci dessert une 2eme chambre par une échelle de meunier.

"La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.
