5 year old detached guest house in Laurelhurst/North Tabor. Bright and spacious with vaulted cedar ceilings. Modern Industrial style with many eco-friendly features such as mini-split heat/ac, tankless water heater, and all-natural fiber area rugs and linens means fewer toxins and a low carbon footprint. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

Hawthorne Guest House - heated king bed

Romantic light-filled apartment in the heart of the Hawthorne/Belmont neighborhoods. Enjoy vinyl records from your heated King size bed and shower in a sky-lit bathroom with a heated floor and a spacious stone tiled shower. Located behind the host’s house, the guest house is a private space, separated by a fence and with its own entrance and private patio. A walkable neighborhood, there are so many nearby restaurants, bars, and stores in the Hawthorne, Belmont and Division neighborhoods.

Oak St. Cottage with outdoor cedar sauna is a newly renovated urban oasis centrally located in Southeast Portland just steps from Restaurant Row, Whole Foods, Tri-Met Bus and Laurelhurst Park. Set back from the main house, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the modern cottage offers easy access to all Portland has to offer. When you are ready to relax, the private outdoor sauna and shower are waiting for you. We take great care to clean and sanitize the cottage.

Modern bright & open studio first floor apartment (no stairs, 800 sq ft) with chef's kitchen and dining table, bathroom with deep tub, newer memory foam queen size bed, living area with TV and gas fireplace. Lots of windows, Heat and AC that you control in an amazing walking neighborhood close to several dozen restaurants and bars that line nearly 5 blocks on SE 28th ave, also called Restaurant Row + a whole foods & one of the cities most cherished parks.

Newly renovated attic apartment in a Victorian home right on bustling Belmont street with shopping, food, coffee, and bars just a block away! This attic apartment features hand-painted retro wall details and three skylights for plenty of natural light even on grey winter days. Our cozy loft embodies the funky, creative vibe found in Southeast Portland and is a stone's throw from all the entertainment that the Hawthorne district has to offer.

This home is not appropriate for people who are not comfortable with animals or children. Ample street parking.

We are located in the very popular Hosford-Abernathy neighborhood, within walking distance to some of Portland's finest restaurants and shopping. There is off street parking (with a power outlet for charging electric cars) available plus key less entry makes check-in a breeze. The bathroom floor is heated plus a TV in both the great room and bedroom. You have the entire place to yourself because it is detached from our primary house.

Our guest house is a completely private space, accessible by an outdoor walkway, and has an outdoor patio. We designed the space to be light-filled, feel cozy yet roomy, fitting a lot into a small space. Vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, full kitchen, bathroom, a bed alcove with a comfy queen mattress and soft bedding and lots of extra touches. Our 335 sq ft guest house is fitted with all you'll need for your time in Portland.

Dogwood Loft -cozy neighborhood, pet friendly

This pet-friendly ground floor apartment is in the heart of Portland's Southeast Laurelhurst neighborhood. It's just 5 blocks away from a hub of amazing restaurants and Whole Foods Market. There are cafes, shops, breweries and parks all within walking distance and it's just one block off of the famous East Burnside Street. Pet fee is $35 for one night; $50 for 2-7 nights. Higher fee with longer stays.

Laurelhurst English Cottage

Please be fully vaccinated before arrival. You will have the entire recently finished basement, including a large bed room, a media room and a private bathroom. New Queen Bed, bureaus and space for hanging clothes. There is a private entrance on the driveway side. If I am in town, you are welcome to use the kitchen and backyard. There is a wonderful deck under a large walnut tree in the back yard.
