A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests.

From the home it takes 10 minutes to reach downtown Hendersonville, 40 minutes to downtown Asheville & 25 minutes to DuPont State Forest.
