Country living at it’s best! Located 6 miles from Randolph , Ne. Quite , peaceful country style of living! Have a small pond on site for your viewing pleasure and relaxing times with a full swing set for the young at heart fun times! My shed is heated during the winter months! FYI The Loft bedroom and TV room are located upstairs from the kitchen (Please bring your own food for meals! ) and bathroom are on the bottom floor! Recently add washer and dryer system! New central Air conditioning !

Get away from the busyness of life and relax in this peaceful farm cabin under the stars. The cabin features a full kitchen and dining area, along with access to an outdoor patio equipped with a grill, picnic table, and pergola. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a loveseat and a 50” TV perfect for snuggling up and watching your favorite movie. Germaine

We like to call this cottage Germaine, named after the previous owners wife. We live next door, so if you need anything, were just a knock away! This cottage was a labor of love and is fully renovated. It comes with all new plumbing, electrical, appliances, insulation, HVAC system, tankless water heater, and more. The house was built in 1940 so we modernized the home while staying true to the era. Germaine has one queen bed and a double size pull out couch. Two adults is a comfortable fit.
